Moopy Entertainment Inc. ("Moopy," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Anime Manga Lounge mobile application (the "App") and the associated loyalty program (the "Service").
This Privacy Policy applies to natural persons who reside in California ("consumers" or "you") and explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information, consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA").
This Privacy Policy also serves as our Notice at Collection under the CCPA/CPRA.

We do not collect biometric data, precise geolocation, health data, or government-issued IDs.
2. Sources of Personal Information
- Directly from you – data you enter in the sign-up form.
- Automatically during visits – QR scan events recorded by the App.
- From our website, QR landing pages, and digital tools.
- From advertising and analytics partners.
- We do not buy personal information from data brokers.
3. How We Use Personal Information
- Account creation & authentication.
- Operating the loyalty program – generating your member QR, counting visits, issuing coupons.
- Internal analytics – We use aggregated, non-identifiable statistics to understand product demand and improve our services. In some cases, we may share these statistics with our business partners to help enhance product offerings. This information cannot be used to identify you.
- Advertising measurement and analytics – We may use personal information to measure advertising performance, perform advertising attribution, create or measure advertising audiences, and improve our advertising and analytics.
We do not use Sensitive Personal Information (Gender, Race) for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted marketing.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose or make available certain personal information to advertising and analytics partners for advertising measurement and analytics. Some of these disclosures may be considered “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA. You may opt out of this sharing at any time.
For advertising measurement, we may disclose hashed identifiers derived from the personal information we collect, such as your email address or name.
5. Data Retention
All personal information is deleted five (5) years after your last recorded visit, or sooner if you request deletion (§ 7). Aggregated data (no longer identifiable) may be retained indefinitely.
6. Security
Data are stored in Google Firestore, which encrypts all data at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2+. Access is limited through role-based permissions and multi-factor authentication for staff.
7. Your CCPA/CPRA Rights

8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 13 without verifiable parental consent. We may collect limited visit-related information from an adult or account holder, such as the number of children accompanying the visitor, for internal analytics and facility planning. If we learn we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without consent, we will delete it promptly.
9. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
We currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Where required by applicable law, we treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser or device that sends the signal.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on our website. The “Last Updated” date shows the latest revision.
